The Hutchinson family has been a part of the funeral industry for over 45 years—spanning 3 generations.

Ellis and Hope Hutchinson acquired Jack Cox’s funeral home of Wingham during the 70s and were known for their compassion and understanding amongst the tight-knit community.

Their only son, Terry, became heavily involved with the family business after the sudden and unexpected passing of his father, Ellis, in the early 1990s.

Anna, Terry’s daughter, would assist with the family business from the mid 90s, and after a short time away from the area is now involved with the family business once again. After taking time to tend to her own young family, she now assists and guides local families of the Manning Valley through their times of need.

Helping families during their time of loss is the in the family’s blood, and they take great pride in knowing that they help make the process of not only planning funerals a bit easier, but they also offer compassion, a listening ear, and understanding during what is always a trying time for the families who trust them.
